Startup India —
Section 80-IAC Tax Exemption
Recognised startups can claim 100% income tax exemption for 3 consecutive years out of 10. Dhanvika gets you recognised and files your application.
Overview
The Startup India initiative by the Government of India offers significant benefits to eligible startups — most importantly, a 100% income tax holiday for 3 consecutive years out of the first 10 years of incorporation under Section 80-IAC.
To avail this, your startup must first be recognised by DPIIT (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) and then separately approved for the 80-IAC tax exemption by the Inter-Ministerial Board. Dhanvika handles both applications — DPIIT recognition and 80-IAC approval — managing documents, preparing the innovation narrative, and tracking approval status.
